Value for Money but didn't meet expectation!
Check In / Out and Parking facilities were excellent
Were not allowed to use the dining facilities during lunch as they had three weddings booked and service was extremely slow for poolside drinks and also restaurant - food also wasn't the best!

Apart from cleanliness, property was too good...hotel staff is very good
Bathrooms were not clean, pool timing was tonly 4 hours of 24 hours

Location amd interior was good.
Washroom facility was very poor. Towels were not up to date! Hot water facility was not working. Shower was broken! Number of Staff was very less!

OK. Decent
Could not take the breakfast. Due to time limit. For House Guest you should make provision for longer time or may ask guest at what time they would like to have breakfast. Otherwise food ordered was good with good service
Room interiors Bathroom interior Bed Linen. Additional guest being charged , but no provision of proper bed. mattress is put on floor. This is not acceptable. When there are 3 adults in room, then room provision should be big or else decline to give provisons
